Cashfac takes Bank live on new Virtual Accounts Platform utilising an initial 155,000 virtual accounts

As part of a complex and significant bank infrastructure project Cashfac has successfully delivered a new virtual accounts platform.  The platform has initially been used to support a migration programme for approximately 90 corporate clients requiring Client Money management services.

The successful migration involved the transfer of 155,000 accounts to the Cashfac virtual account platform, including critical historical data.  Key to the project was achieving a positive customer experience; ensuring minimal disruption whilst switching systems.
