With this change comes a considerable amount of risk. This panel session will focus on themes such as: how to stay on top of processes and controls across the business as the operating model evolves; how current and future regulations are interacting with operational risk; managing the tangible risks, whether it be cyber or otherwise, posed by the extended enterprise in regards to third parties; and best practices for acting on the exposure once it has been calculated.

Using Technology to Achieve Productivity, Operational Efficiency and Compliance in Client Money Management

Technology allows you to integrate your back office system to your bank account giving each client their own fully functional virtual bank account. This allows wealth and asset managers and their clients to have the highest level of banking self-service while giving the firm robust CASS 7 compliance integrated into its operational accounting and delivering automatic real-time settlement and clearance of transactions. James McGivern, Head of Asset Management at Cashfac will be presenting on the importance of using adequate technologies to achieve productivity, operational efficiency and compliance in client money management.
