Cashfac and HeyDay Europe shortlisted for FStech 2021 Financial Inclusion Award
For the second year running, Cashfac and HeyDay Europe are shortlisted by FStech for their ‘Financial Inclusion’ award, for our work helping vulnerable people manage their finances.
We are proud to announce that Cashfac and HeyDay Europe have been shortlisted for a second year running by FStech for their ‘Financial Inclusion’ award, for our work together helping vulnerable adults and children manage their finances.
Helping vulnerable people manage their finances
Using Cashfac’s virtual accounts technology, our Care Accounts platform is now used by over 30 UK local government authorities and councils to manage the bank accounts of both vulnerable adults and children. The platform manages the complete finances of those who are unable through illness or mental incapacity, those in guardianship, those who are hospitalised long term, individuals that are in care homes, hospice, care services or those living at home with dementia. Whilst this government service is not well publicised, it now manages the accounts of over 300,000 individuals in the UK and as life expectancy grows, this sector will also grow.

Cashfac and HeyDay Europe
Building on our UK success, in 2018, Cashfac partnered with HeyDay Europe to jointly launch a new proposition, BBC-accounts©, a dedicated banking solution for Guardianship companies that take financial care of vulnerable citizens and those in government care services. This will initially be available in The Netherlands as the service has been ratified by the relevant government agencies in the Netherlands, and then will be rolled out across other EU countries.
