Our cloud services offer ongoing monitoring of the infrastructure with 24/7 support, including the provision of change management for changes to the infrastructure. This includes the implementation of infrastructure updates, patches and monitoring of backups to servers out of hours in accordance with our standard maintenance windows and patching processes.

Our Managed Service research and development provide continual service improvement across our platform as features and services are added to Azure. We have Real-time Active Disaster Recovery Site ensuring hot fall back if required and the management of the backup and offsite storage to a separate data centre. We ensure Disaster Recovery procedures and measures are maintained and tested for the hosted environment and offer prevention against cybercrime.
